  Sri Lanka is a country with so many surprises. When it comes to one of the most utmost ones, the Alien relationship can be mentioned without any doubt. Known as the Alien Mountain, Danigala mountain is not only a place where you need to pay a visit to Aliens but for several reasons. Situated in the Maduruoya valley, it is a place you must pay a visit to in Sri Lanka. The Mountain is situated in the Polonnaruwa district which is also known for sudden elevations in the flat land. The nearest village is known as Kandegama where you can get a rest while making it there. To get there, a tourist has to pass Mahiyanganaya, Dehiaththakandiya, and Aralaganvila towns in the Eastern part of the country.  Sigiriya, an ancient rock fortress and former royal palace, is one of Sri Lanka's most visited and best-known sights, attracting just more than one million visitors in 2019. But on this sunny day in May 2021, my partner and I were the only two people there. The gardens at Sigiriya are not only the best-preserved water gardens in South Asia but some of the oldest landscaped gardens in the world. The Star Gate

       Hidden on a side of a boulder face at the Ran Masu Uyana ( The Royal Goldfish Park) sandwiched between the Tissa Wewa and the Isurumuniya Rock Temple at Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka is a unique artifact of of the Ancient Sri Lanka which is locally known as “Bawa Chakraya” or the “Sakwala Chakraya”. The centre of the chakra is filled by a large circle comprising seven concentric rings, within a square 1 ft 2 in., to which cross lines are drawn vertically and horizontally from the encircling hand, cutting the chakra into quadrants. Further, parallel lines divide the circles vertically into ten strips, or slices, varying in width from 3 in. to 9 in., but matching to left and right of the central vertical line. The Hidden Secrets of Lakegala

5. Secrets of  Lakegala Lakegala is located in Kandy and about 175 kilometres away from the capital Colombo. This mountain is situated in ancient Meemure village which is a major attraction among visitors to Sri Lanka. Situated near the border between Kandy and Matale districts, there are several access points to Lakegala. The rock is about 1,310m high and in the Knuckles mountain range. Lakegala also served as a watchtower for King Ravana's army. Geographically, this is the highest part of the northern region of Ravana’s city. Ravana’s Kingdom is supposed to have extended even beyond the shores of Lanka covering a large part of Dhakshina Bharata including Dandakaranya Forest, over which his sister Suparnakha ruled. It is said that Ravana met Sita, the alluring Queen of Rama in this forest.
